Business Consultant

Responsibilities
You must plan, organize and manage business projects for clients based on clients' scope of work requirements. Requirements may included projects related to: business plans, recruiting, operations, finances, marketing, etc.
Communicate with and meet with clients when needed.
Perform initial assessments to collect as much information about the client's business as possible for each client before the project begins.
Understand clients' needs and wants.
Perform research related to that clients project needs.
Advise and present solutions for improvement
Develop detailed business plans
Determine the project's KPIs. Track KPIs and prepare reports
You love giving a 2nd set of eyes to things like sales pages and email campaigns so your client feels more confident and has clear actionable feedback to make their marketing campaigns better
You love crafting and coaching clients through a marketing campaign and seeing their results as they pick up momentum
You love keeping clients on plan and holding them accountable via gentle guidance and tough love as needed.
You are a complete marketing nerd who has been looking for a role like this for years
You are available to coach 10 -ish hours per week immediately
Ideally, you love the idea of perhaps even being full time in 2020
2+ years of experience as a coach.
Requirements
4 years of experience as a Business Consulting or similar role
Excellent time management, communication, customer service, self motivation, and relationship building skills.
Critical thinker, problems solver, great negotiation skills
Knowledge of diverse business areas and fields such as IT, Marketing, HR etc.
Proficiency in MS Office
Familiarity with business management software such as CRM and ERP
BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field
MSc/MA in a specialized business field is a plus
Certified Management Consultant is a plus

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
Description
We are looking for a self-starter to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our consultants. Responsibilities include managing calendars and scheduling appointments, responding to client inquiries, collecting & organizing client’s digital files, invoice management, and reviewing client documents prior to submitting. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills, and be able to act without guidance.
Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to our consultants.
Responsibilities
Act as a single point of contact among consultants, strategic partners and clients.
Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
Manage consultants calendars and schedule meetings
Manage quotes, contracts, and invoices
Screen and direct inquiries
Organize and maintain the CRM system
Requirements
2 years of experience as an administrator
Excellent time management, communication, customer service, self motivation, and relationship building skills.
